Although the knobs on offer and settings for each appear to be identical in both plug-ins, there is a difference. I have the G-Channel as well and am deliberating all this myself vis a vis whether I'm going to buy it. I have a couple of 4000E racked channel strips, but more seasoned SSL users than myself would need to weigh in as to how significant the actual differences are in these two G series options.

I already have G-Channel and was wondering if the separate G-Channel Equaliser plugin is redundant if you already G-Channel?
